Shobhita Sharma is a communications professional with a passion for storytelling and community building. A public relations practitioner, and a former multimedia journalist, she is now the manager of global marketing and communications for Scapa Industrial.

A passionate Londoner, Shobhita is involved with a number of causes in the community. She serves as the Co-Chair of the City of London’s Community Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and is the Chair for Priority III - Connect and Engage Londoners. She is the Co-Vice President of the Board of Director at Childreach, and also serves as a Board Member for WIL Employment Connections. In 2017, together with fellow Londoner Adam Caplan, Shobhita co-produced and co-hosted a technology-based podcast, Towards London.

She holds a master’s degree in Journalism and a B.A.(Hons) in Media, Information, and Technoculture and a Minor in General Cinema from Western University
