Canada Day London presented by Canada Life

Celebrate Canada’s birthday on Dundas Place with Canada Day London presented by Canada Life! This day-long family-friendly event will feature live music, free entertainment, food trucks, craft beer garden, artisans and vendors, interactive kids’ zone, a giant red chair, free giveaways, a synthetic ice rink, Canada Life “chill zone”, and, of course, fireworks! Enjoy the local flavour that makes the Forest City so unique while also celebrating Canada’s rich, multicultural heritage.

Start your Canada Day celebrations off early by joining the London Heritage Council for our new evening market featuring live music, beer garden, food trucks, and local artisans. Dominion Day at Fanshawe Pioneer Village

Celebrate Dominion Day the old fashioned way! Scheduled events include dancing, a spelling bee, team games, mini militia with the Royal Scots, and lessons at Fanshawe School! Throughout the day you can enjoy live entertainment, blacksmithing and print shop demonstrations, wagon rides, crafts and fair games, and pig naming contests!

Canada Day at the London Children's Museum

The London Children’s Museum is celebrating Canada Day 2019 with FREE admission! Go on a scavenger hunt through the Children’s Museum’s nine galleries and find stories of exceptional Canadians! Explore a maker-space inspired by Canadian inventions, hear First Nations stories about Canada’s constellations in the Star Lab, or interact with unique Canadian artifacts, including a real Narwhal tusk, Inuit soap stone carvings, and Canadian-made antique toys! Programs run throughout the day in French and English.

Enjoy a family-friendly day exploring Canadian history, art, and culture! Wander through Museum London’s permanent art and history collections and its current exhibits about Indigenous art. Enjoy music and dance performances by local artists, community drop-in crafts, and pop-up exhibit tours.

Canada Day at Eldon House

The Optimist Club of East London invites you to celebrate Canada Day at Argyle Arena! Enjoy a day of live music, fireworks, face-painting, giant-Lego, and more! Kids and adults alike can enjoy a free reptile show, inflatable bubble soccer, kick darts, and a baseball pitching radar. Throughout the day, there will be raffles, a free door prize, a selfie booth and more! No need to pack a picnic basket- there will be a cash BBQ and ice cream!
