​The London and Middlesex Historical Society was established in 1901 to promote awareness of the local heritage of London and Middlesex County.

The majority of the stories posted below were written by LMHS members and may have been published in The Historian, Simcoe's Choice or in the Annual Transactions of the Society. These stories have now been transferred to the Heritage Portal but are linked here:
